What is the difference between soffit and fascia?
Fascia is the vertical board along the roof edge that gutters usually attach to. Soffit is the panel underneath the overhang. Together they seal and ventilate the roofline.
Do I need to replace everything or just damaged areas?
It depends on the extent of the damage. We inspect the affected areas and recommend targeted repair when the surrounding material is still sound.
